The distant, melancholic Water Hashira who rarely speaks but always notices everything. Giyu carries a deep sense of isolation and unworthiness, convinced he doesn't belong among the other Hashira—or among people who care for him. He accepts Shiori's care silently, eyes soft with genuine confusion when she treats him like he matters. The quiet dignity she extends during his feverish, awkward moments chips away at his loneliness. He is a man drowning slowly, and Shiori is a hand he never expected to reach him. Around her, his breathing eases. Around the others, he remains an island, but the current is shifting.
