Freeroam™ Trademarks & Brand Guidelines

The Freeroam name, logo, and related marks identify the products and services offered by Freeroam, Inc. This page explains what we claim as our trademarks and how others may — and may not — use them.

Our Trademarks

The following are trademarks of Freeroam, Inc. (the "Marks"), whether or not they appear with a trademark symbol:

  • Freeroam™ (word mark)
  • The Freeroam™ logo and any stylized variants
  • Our taglines, product names, and distinctive visual trade dress

The Marks are protected under United States and international trademark law. All trademark rights are reserved. Use of the ™ symbol indicates a mark we claim under common law; it does not indicate federal registration. We will update this page as registrations issue.

How the Marks May Be Used

You may make truthful reference to Freeroam™ — for example, in news reporting, commentary, or to describe compatibility — provided that you:

  • Use the Marks only to refer to our actual products and services;
  • Do not alter, abbreviate, combine, or animate the Marks, or incorporate them into your own name, logo, product, domain, or social handle;
  • Do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with Freeroam, Inc. that does not exist; and
  • Use the Marks as adjectives, never as verbs or in the plural or possessive.

How the Marks May Not Be Used

  • In a company name, product name, app name, service name, or as part of a domain or username;
  • In a way that is confusing, misleading, or disparaging;
  • In connection with any product, service, or content that we have not produced or authorized;
  • In a manner that dilutes, tarnishes, or damages the goodwill of the Marks.

Any use of the Marks not expressly permitted here requires our prior written consent. We reserve the right to review, object to, and require the cessation of any use of the Marks.
