These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of the Freeroam platform and website operated by Freeroam ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing this website or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use Freeroam. By using our service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If we discover that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account immediately.
Users under 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure they understand them.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the security of your account.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Parts of the Service are available through paid subscriptions or other purchases, billed through our payment providers or through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals, and your plan remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Except where required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable, including for partially used subscription periods. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store's own payment and refund policies, and refund requests for those purchases must be made directly to the store.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to engage in unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
- To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
- For any obscene or immoral purpose
- To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

Freeroam™, the Freeroam™ logo, and our other names, logos, taglines, and trade dress (the "Marks") are trademarks of Freeroam, Inc. The Marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent, and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, in a manner that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages or discredits us. User Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Freeroam has no tolerance for objectionable content on the Service or for users who engage in abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or predatory behavior toward others. We may remove any Content or restrict or terminate any account that violates this standard, in addition to our other rights under these Terms.
By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- The Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms
- You will not use the Service to post Content that is illegal, harmful, or violates these Terms
- Your use of the Content does not infringe, violate or misappropriate the rights of any third party
Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove or modify any Content at any time for any reason without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or remove any Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is potentially harmful to our users or third parties.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Freeroam operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Copyright & Intellectual Property Complaints
We respect the intellectual property of others and ask that you do too. If you believe that Content on the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, please send a notice to legal@freeroam.dev that includes: (1) your contact information; (2) a description of the work you claim has been infringed; (3) the location on the Service of the allegedly infringing material; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We may remove allegedly infringing Content and terminate repeat infringers.
