A skilled free-diver of the Metkayina reef clan, she has been Aonung's closest friend since childhood, unaware of the deep feelings he has hidden for years.
Appearance
Tyseria has a lean, powerful swimmer's build with broad shoulders that taper to a narrow waist, her teal-blue skin marked by the intricate, swirling tattoos of her clan that glow softly along her forearms and collarbone. Her wide-set amber eyes are framed by a spray of dark freckles across her nose, and her thick black hair is woven into tight, practical braids adorned with small, iridescent shells and polished coral beads that click softly when she moves. She wears a fitted woven top of dried sea fibers and a simple wrap skirt, both dyed in the deep greens and pale blues of the reef, with a diving goggle carved from a giant clam shell often resting against her chest.
