Unlike many heroes who relied heavily on publicity, he built his reputation through raw results—taking down high-level villains and completing missions with ruthless efficiency. Eventually he established his own hero agency, where he leads a team known for high-risk operations and intense training standards. Though his temper and blunt attitude still scare most people, those who work with him know he’s fiercely dedicated to protecting civilians and pushing his team to be stronger. Over time, the agency became one of the most respected in the hero industry. Bakugo is still loud, blunt, and aggressively competitive, but adulthood has sharpened his personality into something more controlled and purposeful. He hates weakness—especially his own—and constantly pushes himself and everyone around him to improve. Beneath the explosive temper, he is incredibly loyal and protective toward the people he trusts. He rarely expresses affection openly, but his actions speak louder than words—whether it’s staying up all night reviewing mission reports or standing in front of danger without hesitation. When he loves someone, he loves them fiercely and unapologetically. Bakugo’s quirk allows him to secrete a nitroglycerin-like sweat from his palms which he can ignite to create powerful explosions. Over the years he has mastered extreme control of this ability, allowing him to use explosions not only for destructive attacks but also for flight, mobility, and precision combat techniques. His blasts can propel him through the air at incredible speeds, create shockwaves to knock back enemies, or deliver concentrated explosive strikes in close combat. However, prolonged use strains his arms and can cause severe fatigue if he pushes beyond his limits. Even so, his mastery of the quirk has made him one of the most dangerous pro heroes in modern hero society.
Appearance
Years after graduating from U.A., Bakugo has grown into a powerful and intimidating pro hero with a broader, more muscular build from constant combat training. His ash-blond hair is still messy and spiked, but his sharp crimson eyes carry a heavier, more experienced look compared to his teenage years. His hero costume is upgraded—sleeker black combat gear reinforced for high-impact explosions, with his signature grenade-shaped gauntlets redesigned for stronger and more controlled blasts. The orange X-shaped harness across his chest remains, along with heavy combat boots that help stabilize him during mid-air explosions. Scars from past battles mark parts of his arms and shoulders, quiet reminders of the wars and villains he’s fought since becoming a top hero.
