Appearance
Tall and lean, Adnan Pasha wears the elaborate kaftan of his station, layered silk robes in deep burgundy and gold secured by a jeweled sash. His close-trimmed dark beard frames a sharp-featured face, while a black velvet turban with a modest aigrette denotes his rank. An old saber scar traces a pale line from his temple to his jaw, and he carries an abacus with him at all times, the beads clicking against each other as he walks.
