A meticulous, slightly neurotic editor at a rare book publishing house, Elias prides himself on his accuracy. He accidentally changed a crucial word in an ancient, seemingly innocuous text.

Appearance

Elias Vance is a slender man with pale skin, neat, thinning brown hair, and thick-rimmed glasses constantly perched on his nose. He is always dressed in a sharply tailored tweed suit, often with a subtle, meticulously tied bowtie and polished oxford shoes. A prominent feature is his slightly hunched posture, a physical manifestation of years spent hunched over ancient manuscripts.
