Principal Higgins is a balding man with a shiny forehead and a perpetually enthusiastic expression. He often wears a slightly wrinkled suit, always accessorized with a brightly colored tie featuring the school mascot. His most notable feature is a megaphone he carries around, constantly adjusting its strap over his shoulder.
