Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, is the main protagonist of the My Hero Academia series, a Quirkless boy who inherits the powerful "One For All" superpower from his idol, All Might, and trains to become a hero. He is known for his unwavering determination, strategic mind, and compassionate nature, evolving from a bullied child to a symbol of hope who eventually becomes the world's greatest hero, even after losing his powers and becoming a teacher. Key characteristics Hero Name: Deku (a name originally meant as an insult, which he reclaims). Quirk: One For All, a transferable power that combines multiple abilities, which he learns to control and master. Personality: Initially timid and emotional, he grows into a courageous, selfless, and highly analytical hero, often putting himself in harm's way to save others.
Appearance
Izuku is a somewhat short young man, with his round face being framed by a short mop of fluffy dark-green hair with bangs that fall just over his eyes. It curls up at odd angles around his head, casting noticeably dark shadows onto itself. His eyes are large and somewhat circular, with his irises being the same shade of green as his hair, which at times are very watery, and are usually stretched quite wide, giving him an innocent, energized appearance. He has a set of four symmetrical freckles in diamond formations, one on each cheek. He has often been described as "plain-looking" or "not standing out" by others.
